1. Our Commitment

weeBIG Ltd ("weeBIG," "we," "us," or "our") supports equal housing opportunity. We are committed to the letter and spirit of the federal Fair Housing Act and all state and local fair housing laws. Every listing on the weeBIG.us website and the weeBIG iOS app (together, the "Service") must be open to all qualified buyers and renters without discrimination.

weeBIG is an advertising platform only. We are not a real estate broker, landlord, or lender, and we do not make housing decisions. Realtors who post listings are responsible for complying with fair housing laws in their advertising and in all their dealings with the public.

2. The Fair Housing Act

The federal Fair Housing Act (42 U.S.C. §§ 3601–3619) makes it illegal to discriminate in the sale, rental, financing, or advertising of housing because of:

• race;
• color;
• religion;
• sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity);
• national origin;
• familial status (including having children under 18, being pregnant, or seeking custody of a child); and
• disability.

Section 3604(c) of the Act also makes it illegal to make, print, or publish any notice, statement, or advertisement for the sale or rental of a dwelling that indicates any preference, limitation, or discrimination based on these protected characteristics. Many state and local laws protect additional characteristics, such as age, marital status, source of income (including housing vouchers), military or veteran status, ancestry, and others. Realtors must follow every law that applies where the property is located.

3. Listing Rules

Listings and messages on the Service must not:

• state or suggest a preference for or against any person or group based on a protected characteristic (for example, "no children," "adults only," "ideal for singles," "Christian home," "English speakers only," "no wheelchairs," or "perfect for young professionals");
• describe a neighborhood, residents, or property in terms of race, religion, national origin, or other protected characteristics;
• refuse, discourage, or set different terms for anyone based on a protected characteristic;
• state that housing vouchers or other lawful sources of income will not be accepted where such a refusal is prohibited by law; or
• refuse reasonable accommodations or modifications for people with disabilities, including assistance animals, as required by law.

Describe the property, not the people you want to live in it. Statements about the property's features, such as number of bedrooms, accessibility features, or "no smoking," are generally fine. Housing for older persons may limit familial status only where it lawfully qualifies under the Fair Housing Act's exemption for housing for older persons, and the listing should say so accurately.

4. How We Enforce These Rules

We may review, edit, or remove any listing or content that we believe may violate fair housing laws or this statement, and we may suspend or close the accounts of Realtors who do not comply. We do not use protected characteristics to target, filter, or limit who can see listings on the Service.

5. Reporting a Concern

If you see a listing or experience conduct on the Service that you believe is discriminatory, please tell us at weebigteam@gmail.com and include a link to the listing and a short description.
