1. Who This Policy Covers

• Visitors: anyone who browses the Service, including buyers and renters.
• Realtors: real estate professionals and other advertisers who create an account and post listings.
• Enquirers: Visitors who contact a Realtor about a listing.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 From Visitors (automatically)

• Device and connection information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device type, app version, and language settings.
• Usage information, such as pages and listings viewed, searches, referring pages, and the date and time of visits.
• Approximate location inferred from your IP address. The app will only access precise device location if you choose to allow it (for example, to show nearby listings), and you can turn this off in your device settings at any time.
• Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2.2 From Realtors

• Account information, such as name, business or brokerage name, email address, phone number, password, and, where provided, license number and service area.
• Profile information shown publicly on listings, such as your name, photo or logo, and contact details.
• Listing content, such as property addresses, descriptions, prices, and photos.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests.

2.3 From Enquiries

When you contact a Realtor through the Service, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number (if given), the listing you are asking about, and your message, so that we can deliver it to the Realtor by email.

2.4 Sensitive information

We do not ask for and you should not send us sensitive personal information, such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information. We do not collect information about race, religion, or other characteristics protected by fair housing laws.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide and operate the Service, including displaying listings and Realtor profiles.
• To deliver enquiries from Visitors to the Realtor they chose to contact.
• To create and manage Realtor accounts and respond to support requests.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To keep the Service safe, prevent fraud, spam, and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Use and Fair Housing Statement.
• To send service-related messages, such as account notices and policy updates.
• To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not sell or rent enquiries or leads to anyone. We do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We share information only as follows:

• With the Realtor you contact. When you send an enquiry, your name, contact details, and message go to that Realtor only. The Realtor's use of your information is governed by the Realtor's own privacy practices, not this policy.
• Publicly, for Realtors. Realtor names, photos or logos, contact details, and listing content are displayed publicly on the Service as part of the listing.
• With service providers who help us run the Service, such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.
• For legal reasons, when we believe in good faith it is required by law, subpoena, or court order, or needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of weeBIG, our users, or others.
• In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
• With your consent or at your direction.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to work, and analytics tools that help us understand how the Service is used, for example which pages are visited and how people find us. We do not use cookies for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Details are in our Cookie Policy.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, there is nothing to opt out of. We nonetheless honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request where required by law.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or allowed by law. In general:

• Realtor account and profile information is kept while the account is active and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time (normally within 90 days) after the account is closed, except where we must keep records for legal, security, or dispute purposes.
• Listings are removed from public view when the Realtor deletes them or the account is closed.
• Enquiry records are kept for up to 12 months to deliver messages, handle complaints, and prevent abuse, then deleted.
• Analytics and log data are kept for up to 26 months, or in aggregated or de-identified form.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). You must be 18 or older to create an account. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. 9. Your Choices

• Account information. Realtors can review and update account and listing information at any time and can ask us to close their account.
• Emails. We send only service-related emails. You can opt out of any non-essential emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
• Cookies and location. You can manage cookies in your browser and location permissions in your device settings.

10. Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), and comprehensive privacy laws in states such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others. We extend the rights below to all U.S. users, whether or not a particular law applies to us. Subject to legal exceptions, you may have the right to:

• Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to;
• Delete personal information we have collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Data portability, meaning a copy of your information in a usable format;
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not do any of these things;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right; and
• Non-discrimination: we will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.

10.1 How to make a request

Email weebigteam@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will need to verify your identity, usually by confirming information we already hold, such as the email address linked to your account or enquiry. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide proof that you authorized them. We will respond within 45 days, or as otherwise required by law, and may extend that period once where allowed.

10.2 Appeals

If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within the time required by your state's law. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may contact your state Attorney General.

10.3 California disclosures

In the past 12 months we have collected the following categories of personal information, as defined by the CCPA: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, IP address); commercial and professional information (such as Realtor business details and listings); internet or network activity (such as browsing and usage data); and approximate geolocation. We collect this from you directly, from your device, and from Realtors who post listings. We use it for the business purposes described in Section 3 and disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Section 4. We do not sell or share personal information, and we have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing the personal information of consumers under 16. We keep each category for the periods described in Section 6.

Shine the Light. California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not.

10.4 Nevada

We do not sell covered information as defined under Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit an opt-out request to the email address above.

11. Users Outside the United States

The Service is intended for users in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information will be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date and, for material changes, may give additional notice, such as by email or a notice on the Service.
