Advertising & Sponsored Partners Policy

1. Who we are

weeBIG is a property listing website. We are not a lender, mortgage broker or financial adviser. We do not make loans, arrange mortgages or give financial advice.

2. Sponsored placements are adverts

Some spaces on weeBIG, such as "Featured mortgage partners", are paid advertising. They are always clearly labelled "Sponsored". We keep the number of sponsored spots small (for example, three per market on the Mortgages page) so the page stays easy to use.

3. No endorsement

weeBIG does not endorse, rank or recommend any lender, broker or product. The order in which sponsored partners appear is not a ranking.

4. Rules for advertisers

Advertisers must hold every licence their business needs, including NMLS registration (with their NMLS number shown) and any state licences. Advertisers are responsible for making sure their adverts are accurate, up to date and compliant with all laws that apply to them, including the Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z, fair lending laws (including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and the Fair Housing Act) and any state rules.

We may refuse, pause or remove any advert at any time, for any reason, including if we think it may be misleading or non-compliant.

5. Rates and market figures

Rates and market figures on weeBIG are national averages shown for information only. They are not offers of credit and may change at any time. Always check the APR, fees, eligibility and full terms directly with the lender before you apply.

6. How we make money

weeBIG may earn money from adverts, sponsored placements or referrals. This does not change how listings are shown to buyers and renters.

7. Equal Housing Opportunity

weeBIG supports equal housing opportunity. Adverts on weeBIG must not discriminate. See our Fair Housing statement.
